1. Custom Orders

As each order is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom cookie orders. Please review all order details (e.g., design, quantity, flavors) before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your cookies arrive damaged or if there’s an error with your order (e.g., wrong design or flavor), please contact us immediately at cookiesbylolli@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods or incorrect order details. We will review the issue and, if applicable, issue a partial or full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.

3. Non-Custom Orders

For non-custom orders (such as pre-made cookie packs or gift boxes), we offer a full refund if the product is unopened and in its original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the refund process.

4. Cookie Decorating Classes

• All cookie classes are  NON-REFUNDABLE

• If you are unable to attend your class, no refund will be issued. You will however be able to a: pick up your cookie pack for you to decorate at your own convenience. or b: send someone else to attend the class in your in place.

5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund, exchange, or report an issue, please contact us at cookiesbylolli@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the situation as best we can.
