1. Orders and Customization

By placing an order with Cookies by Lolli, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, and payment details. For custom cookie orders, please ensure that all design, flavour, and quantity details are correct before submitting your order. Changes cannot be made within 2 weeks of order due date.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to applicable taxes. Any delivery fees will be calculated on confirmation of order. 50% Payment is required before the processing of any order, with the remainder due anytime up to and including order due date.

3. Pick-up/ Delivery

Your pick-up time slot is allocated at time of order placement. Please be prompt with this as we all have busy lives. Cookies by Lolli is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the customer once the package has left our facility.

We will deliver cookies within the Gladstone 4680, the fee for this service will depend on km radius from business.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

For custom orders, no refunds or exchanges are available unless the product is  incorrect or damaged on pick-up. Such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged or incorrect items for assistance.
Cookie Decorating Classes: are NON-REFUNDABLE please refer to our refund policy.

5. Cookie Quality

Each cookie is handmade with care, and while we aim for perfection, there may be slight variations in design, shape, and color. We do not guarantee uniformity in custom cookie orders due to the handmade nature of our products.

6. Liability

Cookies by Lolli is not responsible for any allergies or sensitivities related to our cookies. Please be aware that our cookies may contain allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any allergy concerns before placing an order.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including any loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
