To ensure we meet our high-quality standards and give each order the attention it deserves, we encourage customers to place their orders well in advance. However, we understand that sometimes you may need cookies on short notice. If you require your order to be fulfilled within 2 weeks, a Rush Fee will be applied. This Rush Fee is 30% of your order total. This fee helps us prioritize your order and ensure timely delivery without compromising on the quality of our handcrafted cookies. Please contact us directly to discuss your rush order needs and confirm availability.

Every cookie will be heat-sealed to maintain freshness. Your cookies will be freshest if consumed within 2 weeks of pickup. Cookies may be frozen for up to 2 months to be enjoyed at a later date, whilst still being at their freshest. To enjoy cookies after they have been frozen, remove from the freezer and leave on counter top till they return to room temperature. At COOKIES BY LOLLI, we require a 50% deposit up front to confirm your order for several important reasons. First, due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our cookies, we begin the design and preparation process as soon as an order is placed. This deposit allows us to secure the necessary ingredients and allocate the time and resources needed to create your bespoke cookies. Additionally, the deposit helps us manage our schedule and ensures a commitment from our customers, which is essential for maintaining the high quality and timely delivery of our cookies. This policy also minimizes last-minute cancellations, helping us reduce waste and better serve all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as it helps us provide you with the best possible service and product.

At Cookies by Lolli we use the best ingredients to ensure you receive a quality product. If you notice black spots please it is most likely caused by the vanilla seeds that are used in the production process.

Your cookies may be enjoyed up to 2 months after receiving them if you place them in an airtight container and freeze them. Only if the cookies remain in their original heat sealed bags To enjoy your cookies remove the airtight container from the freezer and leave on the countertop until the return to room temperature. DO NOT open the container lid during this time. After the cookies return to room temperature the container may then be opened and cookies can be enjoyed. What if you only want one of the cookies? You are able to quickly open the container and remove just one of the cookies, or more (we don't judge). Then replace the lid and place frozen cookies back in the container. The cookies you removed from the freezer, be sure to follow the instructions above and not open your cookie until it returns to room temperature.
